Dr. Abidemi Adesanya is an accomplished medical professional and healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience. He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from Obafemi Awolowo University and holds an MBA, along with a certification from the Chartered Institute of Insurance Nigeria. Dr. Adesanya has extensive experience in the managed care sector, having served in senior management roles at Unihealth (a Unicinsurance subsidiary), Royal Exchange Health, PoliceHMO, and EmedHMO. He is currently the Managing Director/CEO, leveraging his combined expertise in medicine, business, and insurance to lead and innovate in healthcare management

Holding a BBA from European University in Barcelona and Montreaux, Fatima Ibrahim-Bako is a dynamic professional with over a decade of experience in public relations, procurement, general management, and customer service. She has a proven track record of streamlining logistics and enhancing efficiency, and her expertise spans the Telecommunications, E-business, and Construction sectors in Nigeria. Fatima is also multilingual, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, French, Hausa, and Spanish.

ADAMU YAHAYA is an experienced and resourceful Nigerian Chartered Accountant with corporate governance experience of nearly two decades of work in the various aspects of finance functions and operations at Tokke Maritime Services Limited. Holds wide-ranging and practical knowledge of the operations of servicing and maintenance financing in the maritime service sector. Provides suitable financial advisory services to the executive stakeholders in the organization. Key accomplishments include successfully managing over US$100M (NGN150 Billion) credit infrastructure from Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) and other financial institutions and commercial banks in Nigeria, following the global financial meltdown of 2008 to 2009 which affected the maritime industry, this funding helped to enhance the liquidity and operations of the company. Possess an ambitious goal of being part of a global financial development organization, and is well experienced in managing a multi-disciplinary team in any international work environment, and the challenges associated with managing large accounts in a data-driven organization.

Friday Ameh Agbo is an Associate Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation ofNigeria (CITN), having obtained Masters in Accounting from Kaduna State University, PGD in Business Administration and HND in Accounting from Kaduna Polytechnic. With over 20 years of working experience in New Nigeria Development Company Ltd, Mr. Friday Ameh Agbo rose to the post of Financial Controller of the New Nigeria Development Company Ltd, a position he held before assuming his current position of Acting Managing Director of NNIL Commercial Company Ltd. He is a member Board of Directors of Songhai Health Trust Ltd. He is married with Children.

Sameerah Abubakar Gwandu (Mrs.) was born on 9th July, 1979 to the family of Prof. Abubakar Gwandu. She is an astute corporate legal practitioner, a certified arbitrator, and an academic with experience spanning over two decades. A Barrister at Law, from the Nigerian Law School, she obtained combined honors, (Common and Shariah) from Usman Dan fodio University, Sokoto and Master of Laws (Business and Commercial Law) from Bayero University, Kano. Sameerah has vast experience in the field of corporate legal practice and adjudication. She served as a Commissioner, Tax Appeal Tribunal (North West Zone) from 2019 to 2024. As the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser and Chief Compliance Officer of New Nigeria Development Company Limited (NNDC), she also serves as the Secretary to the Board of several subsidiary companies of NNDC. With a passion for teaching, she lectures part-time at the Musa Bello Learning Resource Centre, Kaduna. Sameerah is also a director on the boards of Songhai Health Trust and Rigidpak Containers Ltd. Over the course of her career, she has attended several conferences, workshops and courses on Corporate Governance and Compliance, Management Appreciation, Strategy Panning and Management amongst others. Sameerah is a member of several professional bodies and associations including the Nigerian Bar Association, Institute of Directors, Compliance Institute of Nigeria, Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria and Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators amongst others.
